Fall is my favorite time here in the High Country. We have had quite the moist and warm year, but still managed to get lots done.
Now that the leaves are falling and the tempatures droping we are spreading our mulch and planning for our next season.
Some of our biggest accomplishments this year include, creating a new 1/4 acre asparagus garden, finishing our 1/3 acre hops yard, and expanding our garlic production by 400%.
Our future plans include a new lavender garden, a multi-purpose building to process produce and store equipment, windbreaks, and more flowers.
Thanks to all the friends and family that make Skye Farm possible. We cant wait to see you all next year!
